Our Team
Drew Kitt is the Property Management & Market Director for Vintara, where he leads the company's North Carolina and South Carolina markets and oversees a growing portfolio of more than 800,000 square feet. Based in Asheville, Drew brings nearly two decades of direct real estate ownership and operating experience, having owned and managed residential investment properties since 2008 and led a range of renovation and value-add projects. A licensed North Carolina real estate broker since 2018 and an MBA, he pairs deep hands-on knowledge of capital improvements, budgeting, and contractor management with the financial perspective of an owner. That combination allows him to balance the day-to-day demands of property operations with the long-term investment goals of ownership. At Vintara, Drew focuses on driving operational excellence, strengthening tenant relationships, and maximizing asset value as the company expands its footprint across the Carolinas.
Nathan Vickers is Director of Facilities at Vintara, where he oversees facilities and operations across more than 800,000 square feet. He brings more than two decades of hands-on experience across facilities management, skilled trades, and business ownership. Before joining Vintara, Nathan served as Facilities Manager for Leander Independent School District in Texas, a district with more than 3 million square feet of facilities. There, he led the maintenance and safety of multiple campuses, covering fire, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems, and directed contractor teams to deliver projects on tight timelines with minimal disruption. His foundation is in precision manufacturing: he trained through the General Machinist Apprenticeship at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, machined aerospace components, and served as assistant foreman leading evening-shift operations. Nathan also founded and ran his own personal training business, which sharpened his focus on service and relationships. He combines technical depth, operational discipline, and a people-first leadership style to keep Vintara's facilities safe and efficient, ensuring a 99.9% uptime for our tenants.
Jamie Langford serves as Senior Vice President of Construction for Vintara Construction, where he leads the company's construction division with more than 30 years of experience delivering commercial and high-end residential projects across the Southeast. Jamie started his career in commercial masonry. He founded and grew A&T Construction to a 42-person firm that completed 11 Lowe's Home Improvement stores along with Walmart Supercenters, Office Max locations, and high schools throughout North and South Carolina. As President and Owner of ATA Construction, a licensed North Carolina general contractor, he has delivered projects ranging from a 25,000-square-foot office and warehouse for Trane and the remodel of the Asheville Convention & Visitors Bureau to multi-million-dollar custom homes, including a Parade of Homes showcase residence and a remodel featured on HGTV. Jamie has also held senior leadership roles as President of Quartz Modular and VP of Construction for Quartz Properties, where he built a new revenue division from the ground up, and as Director of Construction for Mountain Home Solutions. Across every role, he is known for bringing projects in on time and on budget, running safe and code-compliant job sites, and developing project managers, estimators, and superintendents into strong leaders. Before his construction career, Jamie served four years in the U.S. Navy as an Operations Specialist and is an honorably discharged Gulf War veteran.
Chelsea Craig is an operations leader and former U.S. Army Psychological Operations Specialist who builds scalable sales systems and transforms organizations. She has led multi-location teams, driven record KPIs, automated core processes, and produced playbooks still used today. As Operations Manager at Vintara Holdings, she aligns sales, finance, and leadership into a unified, data-driven operating system specializing in process design, revenue enablement, and organizational performance.
Adan Miranda is the co-founder of E&A Construction, a leading construction and facilities-maintenance firm in Hendersonville, NC. A licensed carpenter with over 40 years of experience, he brings deep technical expertise and craftsmanship to every project. Adan oversees construction and maintenance operations and ensures top-quality delivery. Under his leadership, E&A has grown significantly and serves as Vintara Holdings’ exclusive construction and property management firm.
Edgar Miranda is the co-founder of E&A Construction, a leading construction and facilities-maintenance firm in Hendersonville, NC. With a commitment to quality craftsmanship and dependable service, he has guided the company’s growth and hands-on operations. Edgar oversees E&A’s role as Vintara Holdings’ exclusive construction and property management firm, ensuring exceptional performance across extensive industrial and commercial facilities throughout Western North Carolina and supporting long term operational reliability.

Spearheaded a $150M energy efficiency fund and represented NC’s clean energy sector at the state level.
